Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the EvoEd Android application and related services operated by Evolve and Educate ("EvoEd," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using EvoEd, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms. EvoEd is not directed toward children or people under 18. EvoEd may require date-of-birth verification before account access, OTP sign-in, course generation, subscriptions, or other app features are available. You may use the service only where EvoEd and its providers are legally available.

Accounts and Verification

You must provide accurate information, including your date of birth, and keep your account secure. Mobile OTP verification may be required. By requesting an OTP, you confirm that you own or are authorized to use the phone number. Standard carrier charges may apply. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must not share verification codes.

EvoEd Features

EvoEd provides AI-assisted course generation, chapters, quizzes, flashcards, Q&A material, research, community enrollment, interview preparation, coding-answer review, configurable case-study challenges, evaluations, history, and course-grounded professional practice. Features and eligibility may differ between free and Pro plans.

AI-Generated Content

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, repetitive, or unsuitable. Scores and feedback are automated practice aids, not guaranteed assessments or hiring outcomes. EvoEd is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, or other regulated advice. Independently verify important information and review code before using it.

Your Inputs and Content

You remain responsible for prompts, job descriptions, answers, code, custom challenges, profile images, and other material you submit. You confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate law, confidentiality, intellectual property, privacy, or another person's rights. You grant EvoEd a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and transform submitted material only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested service.

Community Courses

Courses made available through Community may be discovered and enrolled in by other users. Related course-grounded interview or case-study sessions may also be offered where supported. Do not place personal, confidential, infringing, or unlawful information in community content. We may remove or limit content and related practice material.

EvoEd Pro Subscriptions

EvoEd Pro is offered through Google Play with monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly base plans. Current prices, billing periods, renewal terms, taxes, available offers, and plan benefits are displayed before purchase. Auto-renewing plans renew and charge through Google Play unless canceled before renewal. Usage allowances, including course, community-enrollment, interview, and case-study limits, depend on the active plan and reset according to the period shown in the app.

Purchases, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, restoration, cancellation, and refunds are processed under Google Play's applicable rules. Plan changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing date depending on the option shown by Google Play. Uninstalling EvoEd does not cancel a subscription. Manage subscriptions through the Google Play subscription center. Access may end when a subscription expires, is canceled after its paid period, enters account hold, is refunded, or cannot be verified.

Usage Counts and Technical Failures

Usage is measured by EvoEd's backend. Duplicate requests may be de-duplicated, and supported failed operations may have reserved usage restored when the failure is detected. Network interruption, provider outage, unsafe input, abandoned sessions, or unsupported requests do not guarantee additional credits or a refund unless required by law or Google Play policy.

Safety and Prohibited Use

You may not use EvoEd for unlawful activity, sexual exploitation, pornography, actionable violent wrongdoing, weapon or explosive construction intended to harm, illegal-drug manufacturing, malware, credential theft, terrorism assistance, harassment, fraud, unauthorized access, service disruption, security bypass, scraping private data, or infringement. Legitimate educational, medical, historical, legal, journalistic, safety, and defensive-security topics may be allowed when presented responsibly.

Enforcement and Appeals

Inputs may be automatically screened. EvoEd may refuse a request, record a safety report, remove content, revoke tokens, disable authentication, or immediately restrict an account where serious misuse is detected. A restricted user may become eligible to request review after the period shown by EvoEd, currently 30 days. Review eligibility does not guarantee reinstatement. Attempts to evade restrictions may lead to continued or permanent suspension.

Intellectual Property

EvoEd's software, original interface assets, branding, and documentation are owned by or licensed to EvoEd and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer ownership. Third-party trademarks, services, libraries, and content remain subject to their owners' rights. AI providers may generate similar material for others.

Availability and Changes

AI, SMS, cloud, research, and billing providers may be unavailable or impose limits. We may correct, pause, change, or discontinue features, limits, plans, or supported providers. We will not reduce already-paid subscription rights contrary to applicable law or Google Play policy. EvoEd is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Disclaimer and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EvoEd disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Termination and Data Deletion

You may stop using EvoEd and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risk, legal requirements, or discontinued service. Account deletion does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Limited records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing Law and Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. We may update these Terms for feature, provider, legal, or security changes. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
