Privacy Policy

Evolve and Educate ("EvoEd," "we," "our," or "us") operates the EvoEd Android application. This policy explains the information we process, why we process it, the services involved, and the choices available to you. EvoEd does not sell personal information.

Account and data deletion

Request deletion of your EvoEd account

You can request deletion in the app from Profile > Delete Data, or use this form. Use the email address connected to your account so we can verify the request. Deleting the app does not delete your account or cancel a Google Play subscription.

You may also email nawabmohammad83@gmail.com. We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting an account.

Who Can Use EvoEd

EvoEd and its AI-powered features are intended only for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly offer the service to children. Users may be required to enter a date of birth so EvoEd can verify adult eligibility before app access. If you believe a person under 18 has created an account, contact us so we can review and delete the information where appropriate.

Information We Collect

Account data may include your name, email address, verified phone number, date of birth, age-verification status, Firebase user ID, profile image, mobile-verification status, and account status. Authentication providers may also process login, verification, device-integrity, IP-address, and security-event data.

Learning data may include topic prompts, generated and enrolled courses, chapter progress, quiz attempts and scores, flashcards, Q&A material, research requests and history, community enrollments, usage allowances, and generation status.

Professional-practice data may include target roles, optional job descriptions, experience and difficulty selections, coding preferences, interview questions and answers, code submissions, case-study configuration, custom business challenges, stage responses, AI reviews, scores, and course-grounding references.

Subscriptions and Purchase Data

Purchases are processed by Google Play. EvoEd receives and stores information needed to verify and provide access, such as product and base-plan identifiers, purchase token, order identifier, subscription status, renewal status, expiry date, verification source, and applicable usage limits. EvoEd does not receive your full payment-card or bank details from Google Play.

Phone Number and OTP Authentication

Phone numbers and OTP verification data are processed through Firebase Authentication and Google services to deliver codes, verify credentials, protect accounts, and prevent spam and abuse. Google may send and store phone numbers for abuse prevention across Google services. Standard SMS or carrier charges may apply.

AI Processing

EvoEd sends relevant prompts and selected course context to AI providers, including Google Gemini, to generate topics, courses, interview sessions, case studies, evaluations, and safety classifications. Do not include confidential, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information in prompts, answers, code, job descriptions, or custom challenges. Provider processing and retention are also governed by the provider's applicable terms and privacy documentation.

Safety Review and Account Restrictions

User input may be automatically reviewed to detect unsafe or prohibited requests. When a request is denied or an account is restricted, we may record the account ID, name, email, phone number, submitted text, feature, category, classifier result, confidence, evidence, action, timestamps, and appeal eligibility. Serious violations may result in immediate logout, disabled authentication, and restricted app access. Safety reports are generally retained for up to 90 days, or longer where needed for appeals, security, abuse prevention, or legal obligations.

Community Content

Courses made available in the Community catalogue may display course titles, descriptions, category, chapter count, generated learning material, enrollment information, and the availability of related course-grounded practice. Do not include personal or confidential information in content intended for community use.

How We Use Information

We process information to create and secure accounts, authenticate users, deliver learning and professional-practice features, generate and save content, track progress and allowances, verify subscriptions, support plan changes and restoration, operate community features, enforce safety rules, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot failures, respond to support, and process deletion requests.

Service Providers and Disclosure

Information may be processed by providers that operate EvoEd, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage, Google Cloud Functions, Google Play Billing and Android Publisher services, Google Gemini or other AI services, hosting providers such as Netlify, SMS and device-integrity services, and research-related APIs. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a lawful business transfer.

Retention and Deletion

Account, learning, and practice data are retained while needed to provide the service. Subscription and transaction records may be kept as needed for verification, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal compliance. Deletion requests remove or de-identify account data where reasonably possible, but limited records may be retained when required for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, unresolved transactions, or enforcement. Google Play subscriptions must be managed separately through Google Play.

Security and International Processing

We use authentication, access controls, server-side verification, and security rules designed to protect data. No system is completely secure. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their terms and applicable safeguards.

Your Choices and Rights

You can review saved content, update supported profile information, manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play, request account deletion, and contact us about access or correction. Additional rights may apply under the law where you live.

Policy Changes

We may update this policy when features, providers, or legal requirements change. Material updates may be communicated through the app, website, or account contact information.
